Observations
The chart gives us a summary of the average sale price of the shoe since December 7, 2022. It started at $235, then went up to $245 the very next day, and $251 within a 48 hours period. Since December 9,2022, the average sale price has been going down and is currently $208. Let’s find our five number summary for further details.

Interestingly, the size 6 actually went up, from $190 to $345 in two days. 25% of the shoes sold for values from $190 to $220 ( about 12 pairs, see next chart for sizes). 50% sold for prices from $220 to $256 ( about 26 pairs) and the top 25% recorded the highest sales, from $256 to $345. There were two outliers, $327 and $345 corresponding to sizes 12 and 6. The average resale value will be found by removing those two outliers from our data. It is $235 with a volatility of 11% ( below normal). So prices are probably going to sit within the $209 to $261 interval, it is also going to depend on the size acquired. As you can see, 15% of the sales led to losses ( sizes 7 and 7.5).
