The Chicago Bulls have exceeded fans’ expectations after being revived in the off-season with the addition of new pieces, most notably Demar Derozan. The NBA is celebrating its 75th anniversary this season, and as a result, both the NBA and Nike have collaborated to release a slew of sneakers to commemorate the occasion, one of which is the NBA Nike Dunk Low Chicago EMB. The shoe has premium leather underlays in white with red and black overlays, and is inspired by the team’s iconic colors. It also comes with all of the signature touches that make this a must-have for any basketball enthusiast. If you’re interested in purchasing a pair, please see the list below.

NBA Nike Dunk Low EMB 75th Anniversary Chicago Resale
The chart above gives you a breakdown of the average sale price since February 26,2022. The trend is positive with prices increasing by a $1 every day. Expect a slight drop of 5% to 10% when the shoe officially releases, but this should be another great investment option. Let’s find our five number summary for further insights.
Minimum: $177
Quartile Q1: $194.25
Median: $203
Quartile Q3: $215
Maximum: $249
The lowest sale recorded was $177 ( for a size 7) while the highest was $249 for a size 12.5. 25 % of the shoes sold for prices from $177 to $194.25 ( 5 size 7’s, 6 size 8’s, 2 size 7.5’s,3 size 9’s, 2 size 9.5’s and a size 10). 50% of the sale recorded were between $194.25 and $215 ( mostly sizes 8.5-11) and another 25% sold for prices from $215 to %249 ( mostly sizes 10.5 to 14). You definitely want to keep this interval in mind if you want to maximize your earnings. The overall resale value is $205, leading to a profit margin of +$69. The next chart will give you a breakdown of the sizes with the best margins.
You can pretty much see what sizes to aim for. Expect as I mentioned earlier a slight drop in the current margins when the shoe releases tomorrow ( by 5% to 15%). You have two options here, but it all depends on how much capital you have. If you have enough cashflow, then I’ll suggest you buy as many pairs as you can and hold onto them. This is a promising colorway that will be sure to do some wonders by this time, next year ( I’ll provide an equation for projection in a couple of weeks), so stay tuned. If you don’t have much capital ( meaning if you can only afford 1-3 pairs), then I’ll say sell it now so you can reinvest your money.
