Fresh off of the release of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Brotherhood, Jordan Brand is set to release another colorway of the coveted sneaker. The Air Jordan 1 High 85 Georgetown is set to drop on March the 3rd , and it’s sure to sell out fast. This colorway pays homage to MJ’s time during his college days, and more particularly his 16-foot jump shot with 15 seconds left to give the Tar Heels a 63-62 win over Georgetown for the NCAA Tournament championship. The shoe features a classic White upper with College Navy overlays. Additional features include the customary swoosh logo gracing each panel in Navy and more Nike brandings can be spotted on the tongue and insoles. Another particular element worth mentioning is the aged extension of the tongue reminiscent of the 80’s. If you want to pick up a pair, refer to the details below

Resale
Based on the chart above, the shoe has been gaining close to $2.17 every day since February 28,2022. I don’t think the average sale price will drop at all when the shoe drops officially, and even if it does it won’t be significant ( maybe by 1% to 55 at most). Let’s find our five number summary for additional insights.
Minimum: $267
Quartile Q1: $375.25
Median: $390
Quartile Q3: $406.75
Maximum: $453
On March 2, the lowest price recorded was $267 for a size 4.5. The most expensive sneaker sold for $453 for a size 10.5. 25% of the shoes sold for $267 to $375.25 (mainly sizes 4.5 to 9). 50% or the majority of the shoes (mainly sizes 9’s, 9.5’s, 10’s, 10.5’s, and some sizes 11’s, 12’s, and 13’s) sold for $375 to $406.75. Another 25% of the shoes went for $406.75 to $453 (mainly sizes 9.5 to 13). There were three outliers (267, 278, 320), indicating that these prices are unlikely to occur (which is a good sign). With an overall average resale value of $389, including outliers, and a profit margin of +$142, this is a shoe to seriously consider. Here is a breakdown of the current earnings per size sold.
You can pretty much see what sizes to aim for the maximize your returns. The shoe is great both for the short term and long term. Here is the current projection equation I found for the resale value.
Average Sale Price= $1.26 (t)+$384
Basically the shoe is earning about $1.26 every day but this value is likely to drop to around $0.56 in my estimation. So if you want to figure out how much this will be worth in days to come, just replace the time by any days after February the 20th.
