adidas running shoes

The Adidas Originals Swift Run was just introduced a few days ago; they are Adidas’s newest addition to their lifestyle compartment. I’m surprised that the brand didn’t equip these with the boost midsole but  the torsion cushioning. They come in a black and green color combination, and feature a  stretchy, sock-like knit upper for a close fit and supportive comfort. Adidas branding will hit the sides in the classic three stripes and the outside of the tongue ( leaf logo). Additional features include: Comfortable textile lining Injection-moulded EVA midsole for lightweight cushioning Rubber outsole Textile and synthetic upper / Textile lining / Rubber outsole PRODUCT INFORMATIONRead More →

The Adidas Ultra Boost Parley Collection was birthed out of a collaboration with Adidas and the Parley Ocean Plastic Program. Plastic pollution didn’t happen overnight; it is a result of years of constant dumping. We are all affected by the pollution one way or another- it is a cycle, the junk gets dumped into the ocean, the sea life consumes it and we in turn consume the seafood , and consequently eat our own filth. Adidas is definitely doing great things to keep our ecosystem clean; the collection will officially release tomorrow and will include three models as follows: Adidas Ultra Boost Parley Navy/ WhiteRead More →

The multi colored Nike Flyknit Racer 2.0 released on Friday April 7 and didn’t perform as well as I thought it would ( walk in any local malls or check Finishline and the other major online retailers and full size runs of the racers are still available). I’m not surprised though; last week Adidas unleashed a fury of their new NMD R2 collection so the competition is fierce. I woke up this morning to another gorgeous pair of runners from the  German Brand-the Adidas Pure Boost PDR Multi Color. You can clearly recognize its striking resemblance to the multi colored racers from Nike. I don’tRead More →

Integrating new techs into classic shoes has proven to be a great move by Adidas. The Turbo EQT pack released last month and was welcome with a lot of enthusiasm. Adidas has joined forces again with tokyo based brand WM for another commendable commodity: the White Mountaineering Adidas EQT Support. The shoes come in a black and dark blue color combination in a futuristic aesthetic. They feature a pixelknit upper ( supposedly some type of fine knit material) with blue nubuck panel overlays. Adidas and WM branding will come in three velcro-like stripes on the lateral sides ( and are intertwined with the laces). You’ll also findRead More →

Adidas is continuing to revamp its vintage sneakers and the Adidas Originals Iniki Runner Boost is its latest product fresh out of the lab. The shoes bear a lot of similarities to the Gazelle model and will come in two separate colorways. They both feature a mixture of premium suede and mesh with additional suede overlays around the eyestay . The traditional three bands appear on the side panels in a wave-like pattern, and more Adidas logos can be seen on the tongue ( classic leaf logo) and the “Iniki” wording on the heel panel. I don’t know if the brand is trying to create a connection between Hurricane InikiRead More →
