I’ve absolutely fallen in love with the Kyrie line and last week I did a performance test on the Kyrie 2, see it via Kyrie II Review. The Kyrie 3 has been out for about two months now and a total of three colorways have already dropped; the Nike Kyrie 3 BHM is the newest colorway debuting officially on February 16.
The shoes come in a black and metallic gold color combination in keeping with the Black history month theme.. In this picture of a slave’s back you can see these scars.
Material & Performance
Similar to the previous models, he Nike Kyrie 3 BHM features a combination of hyperfuse, flyweave and mesh ( each intended for durability, natural motion and ventilation purposes). Kyrie has sustained a fair amount of injuries ( to the point where many thought he was too brittle); guys like him are injury prone because their game is based on speed, change of directions, slashing and attacking the rim. The shoes were engineered to provide stability, ankle support and to also facilitate natural motion. They have an incredible court feel due to the very responsive thin phylon midsole ( with built in air units at the heel).
