One of the dead giveaway is the smell/odor of the glue uses to construct the replicas. If the glue smell is really strong to the point of irritating your nostrils, then you’ve probably being dealt a counterfeit

WINGS: Real Vs Fake Jordan 1 High Royal Reimagined

TONGUE: Fake Jordan 1 High Royal Reimagined
The tongue tab is more extended ( longer) on the authentic pair, and if you closely at the Nike Air text, it is of a darker shade of blue on the real pair. The gap between the bottom of the tab and the bottom edge of the stitches on the extension of the tongue is much larger on the fakes.
SIDES & Toe
The toe box is slightly more bumpy on the fake pair as opposed to the sleek toe on the real one, see yellow arrows.
The fake pair has almost ashy grey underlays while the real pair is of a darker shade of black, see yellow circles. The swoosh logo is also of a darker shade of blue on the legitimate pair, see yellow arrows.
Same problem above, the real pair is of a darker shade of black while the fake one is black greyish.
INSOLES
The Nike Air text is clear, legible and is made with an indelible ink on the authentic pair’s insole, but on the fakes, the quality of the text is subpar, and will probably peel off after on or two wears.
The highlighted markings are prominently clear and easily readable on the authentic pair, while they appear somewhat subdued on the counterfeit ones. Additionally, the underside of the insole in the genuine pair presents a slightly sandier and rougher texture.
LACES
The lacing pattern differs noticeably between the two pairs, while the Jumpman logo is more understated on the authentic pair’s box. There’s a slight discrepancy in the brown color of the boxes, with the genuine pair’s box exhibiting a somewhat lighter tone.
BOX: Fake Jordan 1 High Royal Reimagined
The fake box is much shorter than the real one, see yellow lines. And you can also see how the real box is much darker. The Nike text is also of a bolder tone on the real box.
