As the season changes, wardrobe essentials shift along with it. Spring is the perfect time to bring out your favorite sneakers accompanied by outfits that resonate with nature. Nike has decided to ring in the season with the release of the Nike Dunk Low Mica Green. This shoe is not shy on trend, as it is certainly a derivative of the edit to amplify campaign.
The sneaker has several features that make it unique. It has a canvas base that is essential for ample breathing space. The tumbled leather overlays, Swooshes, and heels add an extra pop of texture and showcase Nike’s attention to detail. It comes in a beautiful blend of Mica Green, Sail, and Photon Dust colorway that makes it a perfect fit for the season. These colorways have a naturalistic touch that provides an easy transition for spring. The Mica green hint almost gives off a leafy appearance that blends well with spring flowers.
The Sail rubber sole is another highlight of this shoe. It complements the overall design and certainly provides an excellent grip necessary for daily wear. Now, let’s talk about styling the Dunk Low Mica Green. One great way to style them is by pairing them with denim shorts and a white t-shirt for a laid-back look. You could also opt for floral shorts or a skirt to keep up with the spring theme. For a more casual look, pair the shoes with white jeans and a pastel pullover. If you want to dress it up, a semi-formal dress in neutral colors works well with these sneakers.

The chart above gives us a breakdown of the average sale price of the shoe by size, as well as the earnings associated with each size. As you can see, about 40% of the sales led to earnings $10 and under, that is sizes 6,8,9.5,10,10.5 and 11. Size 9 is the only size that led to a loss of $2. 13% of the sales generated profit margins between $15 and under $20 ( sizes 12 and 6.5). 33% led to earnings between $20 and $25 ( sizes 4-5.5 and 7) and size 14 generated the most money with a return of $42. So what can we conclude about reselling this shoe?
It is quite clear that the best sizes to sell are smaller sizes 5.5 and under as well as the size 14. They generated a 17% and 36% mark up respectively ( above average) but it is important to mention that for sizes 4,4.5,6 and 14 the sales’ sample size was small ( only a single sale was recorded). So exercise a bit of wisdom prior to pulling the trigger on them. But the bottom line is, you won’t be losing money if you plan on reselling any of the sizes I recommended.
