As we count down the final hours to the official release of the much-anticipated Air Jordan 11 Gratitude DMP, there’s a wealth of thoughts and insights that I’m eager to share. However, I’ll hold off on delving into the more sensitive aspects until I’ve gathered some additional data.
In less than 48 hours, prepare for a tidal wave of joy and excitement to sweep across the streets. The anticipation is electric, with everyone from seasoned sneaker heads to casual wearers eagerly waiting to lace this Concord derivative.
The Jordan 11 Gratitude is a masterful blend of style and sophistication, dressed in a striking White, Black, and Metallic Gold color scheme. It diverges from tradition, featuring a White tumbled leather upper in place of the usual mesh, accentuated by Black patent leather overlays.
Noteworthy features include a Metallic Gold embossed Jumpman on the outer ankle and a “23” proudly displayed on the heels. For the first time, the pair will sport a high-cut patent leather, set atop a White midsole and an aged-like translucent outsole. For purchase purposes, see details below

Jordan 11 Gratitude: Resale Value
Let’s go straight to the five number summary to see what it reveals,
Minimum: 204
Quartile Q1: 211.25
Median: 232
Quartile Q3: 256
Maximum: 320
As you can see, the lowest sale recorded as of now is about $204, size 8.5 and the highest sale was $320, size 11.5 ( that’s an interesting finding), it is a pretty unusual size. About 25% of the sales were between $204 and $211.25, while 50% of them sold between $211.25 and $256 ( see next chart for sizes). The top 25% sales were between $256 and $320; there are no outliers.
The overall average resale value based on these numbers is $234 with an 11% volatility. At $234, you’re looking at a -$31 loss, so technically, since numbers seldom lie, this isn’t a shoe you want to attempt to resell. But there could be sizes worth pursuing.
Current Earnings/ Losses By Size

A significant 80% of the sales resulted in a loss, particularly in sizes 7-11, 12, 13, and 15. The losses were especially prominent in sizes 7 through 10, with each sale causing substantial losses in the range of $40 to $60. These sizes sold at an alarming 25% below the suggested MSRP, taxes included.
Even the less common sizes 11.5 and 12.5 didn’t fare much better. Despite their scarcity, these sizes only managed to scrape together profit margins under $10, with markups as low as 3%, making them not worth the pursuit.
However, size 5.5 stood out from the crowd, posting a profit margin of $21 and a 9% markup – still below average, but a surprise nonetheless.
The verdict is very clear. If you were planning to make a profit off the Jordan 11 Gratitude, I hope the data presented has convinced you to reconsider. Retailers should not be concerned; they will sell out eventually, even if it doesn’t happen instantly. There might be some sizes available 48 hours post-release, but they will soon disappear from the shelves as well.
