The chart above gives us a breakdown of the average sale price of the shoe on third party marketplaces. As you can see prices went from $128 to $141 within a 24 hour span, increasing by roughly $13. But the stunning observation is that the current average sale prices are significantly below the suggested MSRP. Let’s see what the five number summary reveals.

Most pairs are selling for up to 37% below the suggested MSRP, that isn’t surprising . I can guarantee you that every single pair being sold now probably came from the Nike Employee store, where they are sold up to 50% below the suggested retail price. It explains why prices on third party marketplaces are so low.
This is definitely excellent news for buyers, and for those looking to invest in the shoe in the long term. It might take about 18 to 24 months but you can expect the Jordan 1 High White Cement to sell for $230-$250+ . So while the shoe might not be a good short term investment, I definitely recommend it for the long term, especially with the current low prices.
