I’ve shared a post a a few days ago on how to authenticate the Air Jordan 11 Jubilee, see link below
Today we’re going to try to come up with a plausible estimate on the possible number of pairs made and the shoe’s current resale value. You all know that for the past 12 years Nike has made the Jordan 11 the most produced shoe in the Jordan signature line. I wrote a post last year predicting the number of pairs made of the Bred 11 and I came up with 1.44 million in total. And I don’t think I was too far off with my numbers. The projection was based on a linear equation I came up with by using data from the 2014 “Legend Blue 11″ and the 2015″ Jordan 11 72-10”. Here is the equation
Jordan 11= 109,907 x (t=number of years since 2014)+ 963242m=(slope=rate of change)=109,907 and my starting number is 963242 ( from the 2014 legend blue ) number of pairs produced.
Resale Value of Jubilee 11’s
The chart above gives you a breakdown of the resale value by size, you can clearly see that sizes 7,12.5 and 13-15 recorded the highest returns ranging from ($320-$350) because those particular sizes are more scarce. For the most part the shoe has a resale value in the low $300’s and I expect this value to drop by 5% to 10% when the shoe releases officially. So I’ll conclude that the Jordan 11 Jubilee will have a resale value within the ($270-$300) on mid sizes and ( $300-$320) on uncommon sizes. The shoe has a retail value of $235 after tax so folks can expect their profits to fall within the ($15-$40) on mid sizes and ( $40-$60) on uncommon sizes. I’ll encourage you to sell your shoe on eBay since selling fees on men’s sneakers $100 and above don’t apply anymore. The shoe will certainly sell out on Saturday via retail.
