The Air Jordan 1 is a special sneaker. It’s not just a basketball shoe, it’s a cultural icon. Designed by Peter Moore and first released in 1985, the Jordan 1 has been continuously in production ever since. That’s because the shoe is just that popular. It’s been worn by professional athletes, celebrities, and everyday people. In the years since, the silhouette has been released in a wide variety of colorways, each one more popular than the last. The latest addition to the lineup is the Air Jordan 1 high OG stealth.
The shoe features a White leather base accented by grey overlays, swooshes, laces, and tongue labels. Its grey rubber outsole provides a contrasting pop of color. The words “quality inspired by the greatest player ever” are grafted on the inner tongue, adding a subtle but powerful message. This sneaker is perfect for those who want to make a statement without being too loud. If you’re interested in picking up a pair, refer to the details below.

A total of 75,009 pairs were already released through Exclusive Access on the 23rd of August. Let’s assume that is constitutes about 2/3 of the Nike SNKRS’s total inventory.
The image above shows you the remaining inventory by size. As you can see, sizes 9, 10.5, and 13 aren’t going to be available anymore. And sizes 10,11,11.5,12,12.5 and 14 will be only available in very low quantities. So what can we expect as far the additional numbers that will be released?
You can expect an additional 25,000 pairs to be made available which takes the entire total up for Nike SNKRS to 100,012 pairs. I’ll adjust the numbers within the next 72 hours.
Jordan 1 High OG Stealth: Resale Value
The chart above gives you a breakdown of the current earnings/losses per size sold of the shoe. The numbers aren’t very impressive at this moment. 17% of the sales resulted in losses ( sizes 9 and 11), while 75% led to profits under $20. There was only one pair that led to a $47 profit, that was the size 6, but this isn’t even reliable because the data is only from one single sale. So what can we conclude about this shoe?
For those looking for immediate gratification, this isn’t the shoe to resell. I actually share three posts a few days ago about the best shoes to resell this week- Yeezy Foam Runner Sand, Patta Air Max 1 and Air Max 1 Dirty Denim. The Jordan 1 OG stealth should definitely be considered for the long term.
You can see from the chart above that the shoe lost roughly $10 every day since the 23rd of August and currently has an average resale value of $193. The based price is about $215, that’s promising. You can expect prices to start rising significantly within the next 9 months. I won’t be surprised if next year around this time, the shoe peaks at $260, for a $50 profit, a 28% mark up ( almost 2 times above average).
