Nike foamposite

The Nike Air Foamposite Pro Camo Black Court Purple is available now for purchase. I don’t think it a good idea that Nike decided to release this shoe on this day, it’s going to be overshadowed by the myriad of sneakers that are dropping today. I like the colorway but there is literally no incentive behind the shoe that will drive the consumer to purchase it. As a matter fact, StockX’s current record in the screenshot below is a good way to make an inference on its retail’s performance The shoe has a negative mark up and only 56 pairs have been sold so farRead More →

I went out for a little sneaker hunt on Saturday and one of the shoes that caught my eye was the Air Foamposite Pro Color Shit. I haven’t been really excited about any foams that have been served on the market but this pair screams 2009. That was probably the best year of the foamposite line and this pair took me back to my shoe camping days. You can scoop up this pair now in my store-CLICK HERERead More →

A lot of sneakers are releasing this week end and one of them that is being overshadowed is the Nike Air Foamposite Pro Black Gold. I’m not sure what inspired the colorway but I believe the gold accents were consistent with the Fall season ( gold leaves). I won’t be able to pick up the shoes but I found a great review on them on youtube via  THE AVE ( subcsribe to his channel) The shoes feature the conventional foam shells in black with a gold swoosh logo on the panels. Additional gold details can be spotted on the extension of the tongue, the outsole andRead More →

The Nike Air Foamposite One Denim’s official release date is September the 28th. The shoes feature an obsidian denim upper that covers upper the traditional foam shells. The foams are built last a lifetime; they aren’t the lightest shoes for basketball but are probably good for guys that want to operate in the low post. I wonder how Penny Hardaway was able to perform with these shoes, especially since he played a fast paced style of basketball ( he was an electric guard, his game could be easily compared to Russell Westbrook). Foams also feature fiber shanks near the midsection intended to lighten up some of the weight;  the only cushioningRead More →

I honestly can’t tell the difference between the Foamposite one copper and the Nike Air Foamposite One Rust Pink  coming out tomorrow. I’m not really sure what Nike is up to with these shoes but this release completely goes against Nike’s Edit To Amplify campaign. The coppers were a disappointment when they dropped mainly because they were mass produced and overpriced. What I’m looking forward to  is the Summer time  Foamposite undefeated which I wrote about, see link below Nike Air Foamposite Pro Undefeated To Release In The Summer For those interested in the Nike Air Foamposite One Rust Pink, here is a list of stockists forRead More →

Nike has unloaded their NBA All Star Collection yesterday and all I could think of is Adidas. Nike is using the element of surprise subtly and it is working, the consumer has no clue what the brand is up to and it’s a brilliant strategy. Adidas on the other hand made a colossal mistake by prematurely giving the whole sneaker world a preview of the Dragon Ball Z collection scheduled to drop in the Fall. Moreover Adidas isn’t really doing anything to counter Nike’s ongoing onslaught. The only notable basketball shoe Adidas has brought into the battle is the Bape Dame 4. I will love toRead More →

The Foamposite sneakers have lost their flair but I think if Nike applies their current Jordan Retro strategy to the foams, they might experience somewhat of a revival. I guess I need to explain what Nike is doing with the Jordan Retros. It’s not rocket science, the brand is basically only focusing on the models/ retros that generate more revenues. You can read my post about it in the link below. Nike’s Edit To Amplify Is Definitely Reshaping The Upcoming Jordan Retro Releases The Nike Air Foamposite Pro undefeated is just another fruit of Nike’s current overhaul. I don’t Nike will label them as theRead More →
