One of the most iconic sneakers in history, the Nike Dunk High was first released over 25 years ago. But for the most part, it has been exclusively available in men’s sizes. Today, Nike is excited to introduce the Nike Dunk High FLS – a sneaker designed specifically for women, with all the style and performance that you expect from a Dunk. With quality materials and a striking design, the FLS is a comfortable shoe that can take you from the gym to the street. Featuring tumbled leather underlays and matte leather overlays, it is built for durability and style. The color-shifting enamel on the signature Swoosh gives it an extra pop of color, while the Swoosh lace jewel adds a touch of bling. Dunk High FLS Resale Value
The chart above gives you a summary of the average sale price of the shoe since March 13,2022. The shoe isn’t very impressive as prices haven’t changed much since 3/13/2022. It started at $132 and is the current resale value is $132. The shoe hasn’t even officially released yet so you can expect these current prices to even dip a little lower, let say $110 to $120. Here’s what the five number summary reveals
Minimum: 94
Quartile Q1: 132
Median: 137
Quartile Q3: 146
Maximum: 176
The lowest sale recorded was $94 ( for a size 11.5w) while the highest was $176 for a size 11.5w as well, how ironic is that? The lowest was recorded on March 28, so I won’t even encourage you to aim for larger sizes. 25% of the shoes sold for prices from $94 to $132, 50% sold for prices from $132 to $146, and another 25% sold for values between $146 to $176. Even the highest recorded sales leading to profit margins from +$6 to +$36, If you’re looking to invest in this shoe as a short term option, don’t do it. It may be a relatively decent one for the long term, the equation for future projection is
Resale= $0.15 (t) + $120
The shoe might earn about $0.15 a day starting in May. And based on the equation, it will take about 533 days for it to hit the $200 mark. So if you’re willing to wait this long to make about +$55 per pair, then good luck.
Verdict
I wouldn’t touch it, it’s a great news for collectors though, you’ll be able to get a pair for retail or even lower.
In other sneaker news, be sure to check out the Polaroid Nike SB Dunk Low, it’s a good investment option.
