Nike Lebron Soldier 1 “25 Straight” In Time For The Finals, More Ammo For Nike

Sharing is caring!

The 2018 NBA playoff has definitely cemented Lebron ‘s legacy. I was a bit critical of his willingness to compete when he joined the Miami Heat but ever since he came back to Cleveland he has without a doubt put critics to shame. This is a one of a kind player and as much as we want to crown Ben Simmons the next Lebron James, there would never be another king James. The latest comparison between LJ and Michael Jordan are borderline asinine at this point. Both players have changed the way the game is played and unless they played in the same era, we can’t compare them. Nike should definitely flip the switch now and focus more energy on redeveloping and redefining Lebron’s signature shoes. Yes the brand wants to  only release sneakers that people want but Lebron has now become a legendary player and has even surpassed Kobe. You know it’s serious when he is no longer compared to Kobe but MJ exclusively. I don’t know what retooling the Lebron’s line will look like but this is the perfect time to do so. With that said check out the Nike Lebron Soldier 1 25 straight, a shoe that takes us back to the 2007 ECF.

With 6:05 remaining on the clock in Game 5 of the 2007 Eastern Conference Finals, LeBron seemingly flipped a switch and dominated the game in ways previously unseen. He would go on to score 29 of his team’s final 30 points, including all 18 of their points in overtime, single-handedly willing his team to a 2OT victory and his first NBA Finals appearance. LeBron’s Soldier 1 was specifically designed for the rigor of playoff battles like this one, and his performance that day was the first time the world witnessed what would become an entire career filled with game-changing takeovers.
