Tennis legend and arguably Nike’s biggest super star celebrity endorser Serena Williams just had the Nike World Headquarters buildings named after her. Serena wore beautifully bedazzled Nikes in her recent wedding to Alexis Ohanian. What greater loyalty could Serena show to Nike than wearing Nikes in her own wedding?! Whether or not Nike made the decision to name its new 3-block world Headquarters buildings scheduled to open in 2019 before or after Serena wore Nikes in her wedding is unknown. Serena announced the major honor on her Instagram page, according to the YBF. The site also reports that Serena will be competing in the 2018 Australian Open, which is scheduled from January 15th to January 28th of next year. We’ll be looking to see what Nikes Serena wears when she wins her next Grand Slam.
