The Air Jordan 3 True Blue released alongside the White Cement 3 and the Black Cement 3
back in 2011. That was a very good year for the Jordan 3 Retros; well the True Blue is coming back again in exactly 26 days from today, and this time with a little twist. JB
did away with the Jumpman logo on the back, and replaced it with the ” Nike Air” text- the brand is looking to bring back the classic OG style of the late 80’s, early 90’s.
The shoes were originally released in 1988 and designed by Tinker Hatfield- the 2016 Air Jordan 3 True Blue comes dressed in white, blue and red with the same iconic elephant-print details on a premium tumbled leather upper. The 2011 edition had a blue inner tongue, but the 2016 reissue borrowed everything from the 1988’s version with a red inner tongue.
A red jumpman will also occupy the outside of the tongue; the shoe features a supportive and comfortable inner liner and sits on a solid rubber sole. The air units on the heel and forefoot offer maximum cushioning and comfort. The Canadian athletic footwear and apparel retailer EXCLUCITY has just shared a review of the 2016 TB3, see video below.
The shoes will officially drop on November 25, and will be available for purchase from most major online retailers. You can order yours now via the trusted ebay sellers below.
