Adidas has been able to capture a significant portion of the casual/running shoe market with its secret sauce- the boost technology and the primeknit. Nearly every single one of their classic shoes have received the boost treatment, including the EQT and the Adidas Originals EQT Support 93 17 BB1234 is its latest upgraded model.
The shoes come in a black/ pink and white color scheme and have a futuristic aesthetic. They feature a pixelknit upper ( supposedly some type of fine knit material) with plastic and nubuck panel overlays. Adidas branding will come in three velcro-like stripes on the lateral & medial sides ( and are intertwined with the laces). According to Adidas,
Support 93/17 is built for performance, including an OrthoLite® sockliner, TPU support panel and full-length Boost midsole unit. Debuting in a bold new colorway that debuts EQT’s brand new Turbo color palette, the release truly marks the birth of a brand new chapter for the iconic EQT series.
I don’t know if they will receive a warm welcome but I definitely give them my approval stamp.
