As we prepare for the 16th Jordan Brand Classic, we speak with JBC alumni Jabari Parker about the unique experiences the tournament brings to participants ART: LAURA BREILING

Jordan Brand delivers a detailed interview with Jabari Parker an alum of the Jordan Brand Classic. In the sneaker world high school ball players are basically tied into shoe companies from the moment they choose a travel basketball team. Typically those athletes who play for Jordan sponsored teams, and are the elite players, eventually become Jordan Brand team members if they make it to the pro level.

LeBron is the rare case where his high school team was sponsored by adidas and Sonny Vaccaro put a lot of work and effort into getting Bron in the Three Stripes, but we know how that turned out.

This interview of the Bucks big man is a nice little insight into how the experience is for the players competing on the big stage tomorrow. Use the source link to check out more artwork and the interview.

The 16th Jordan Brand Classic will take place Friday 4/14 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY. For more information visit:
